A tent!

Well I have just bought a tent for us to use when we go camping with our friends the Clarks at the end of the year. Yes camping - but in a caravan park with a powered site! Pauls Warehouse was having a closing down sale so it was reduced greatly and I thought if we don't like camping we can always sell it on ebay! So if anyone want to come and stay we now have a spare room! Well you'd probably get more of a sleep in in the tent than in the house with Finn waking up before 6 and the dog needing to go out in the morning. The boys start holidays in 1 days time!! Love that extra weeks holiday. Ross is having the first week of and I have lots of things planned - lots of Ross looking after the boys while I have child free coffee etc (sh don't tell him!). Then I am off to Wodonga to catch up with my sister then back to Canberra for our annual weekend there (with the Clarks again). Ross gets to fly to Canberra so that makes up for the coffee I'll be having! So now I'll be on the lookout for other camping essentials! Now what are they again?

Saturday 17th

Don't you love kids soccer!
Callum's game was at wentworth falls today - we got the loser draw and have to go from wentworth falls, to springwood, to colo, to pitt town, to londonderry to play games - home games mean much more now!
They lost 2-1 but Ross said it was a good game not a great field. I decided to stay home with the other boys to save us nearly 2 hrs in the car!!
Saw my friend Trish this arvo with Dave and little Nathaniel - who is not so little anymore and a real cutie. You would not know he was a premmie baby now. Nathaniel reminds me of Dave but then I could see Trish's dad Harry in him too. The homemade wine and real italian coffee at Dave's parents house is always a treat as is the great canolli (sp?) from Strathfield.
It is cold here now! We have had frosts lots of mornings this week - only glad we don't live in Canberra - one day last week it's max was 5. We're off to catch up with the Clarks there in the holidays - What were we thinking!!!

The First Blog...

Well here we are the start of the blog that I said I should start so that those of you who want to be in touch with what I'm up to on a more regular basis can be.
Thanks Kate for giving me the push to actually start - hope it dosen't get to boring for you.
Hope anyone else who reads will understand it's mainly to fill in family and friends living a distance from us how our lives are going with three boys (8,6 and 2) a 4 month old puppy and a probable house extension!
I will probably have the occasional rant just to get things off my chest but that's about it for here!
