Arghhh!

Well I had the vomiting bug from hell this past week. I passed out twice!!! Luckily Ross was home. He was brilliant at doing all the usual things as well as looking after me! I was wondering if partly I'd got sick from stress. I don't feel particularly stressed but just wish we could make a decision about the house etc. Why do we have to grow up and make major decisions for ourselves why cant someone just tell us what to do!
As I speak the lizards are trying desperatly to escape from their enclosure. I know how they feel only 4 weeks till holidays and camping! Then after 5days of relaxing back to clean and cook and do the whole Christmas thing. I think that the end of the year goes way to fast! We went to the city yesterday and went to the Museum and centrepoint tower. The kids always want to go tot he museum and had never been up the tower. It was fun and a bit like being a tourist without the hassles with language etc. Just realised I should start our christmas letter - maybe I should just forward everyone to this blog - that just about covers it!

House update

Well it's been so long since I posted I thought I'd better do something to keep you all interested (all two of you who read this!!)
We have been busy as it seems everyone is . The house discussion which started as moving at the start of the year and then progressed to renovating is now in a knock-down and rebuild stage! For slightly more (10-30,000 slightly??) we can have an all new house which would be bigger overall not just an extra bedroom, ensuite and bigger back room etc. So we are currently waiting to get a quote from Beechwood and then we can make a decision and then we can talk to the bank!!! Hopefully by this time next year we will have it all done!!! ARGH.
The roll to the end of the year is well underway with the kids having 6weeks to go which means there is only 6wks till we go camping and the big news is that Ross' family have agreed to come hear for Christmas!!!! Yay the first year we won't be packing up presents etc and putting decorations away and going somewhere else. I am excited about being able to go to our own church on Christmas morning and being able to put my long awaited seafood Christmas lunch plan into action. Also having the kids wake up in there own house on Christmas morning will be fun. Ross' parents and sister and her husband will join us from Christmas eve so it hopefully will be fun for everyone. We will also be around to catch up with Kate and Graeme if they have a chance(?). Well that's a post for Nov don't expect much till Dec now!! I tried adding a photo but didn't work - will have to play with it somemore!
