Surprise I'm back!!

School started again today and I'm back, well I've been reading and commenting just not posting so I really never left. Feels like I have a heap to do - everything I was putting off while the boys were off but will try and do a quick recap of the past (almost ) 2 months!!

School finished well.

Went camping - wet then cold winds but fun because we were with friends and lots to entertain kids at the caravan park - somewhere warmer next year!!

Christmas - good to be home again and Dad here, quiet but nice, kids spoilt, got our lounges just before Christmas which was unexpected and lovely but had to move the Christmas tree which we'd got huge as had the space!!

New year - uneventful, old people now so no partying!

Holidays - went fast Finn did swimming and can now swim to edge by self and loves looking underwater. Went to the Zoo last friday which was great esp the 1st hour because the animal all coming out of night enclosures and active and zoo mostly empty. Photo of the elephants playing in mud.

Back to School - Callum in Yr 5 and has the teacher he had in Yr3, not sure if he has many of his friends in his class but he'll be OK. Scully has the teacher I wanted him to get Mrs Freeman (Thankyou God!) and has a couple of friends in his class - not that that really worries him. His year has a whole extra class this year so will be different for him.

Must run now as Finn wants me to do things with him and I said this year to my self that I would do more!!

Just added photo and realise with the title it will seem like a picture of me - pretty appropriate at the moment as have put on weight!!! Something else to deal with!
