Broadband cometh!

Yes we got broadband today - just the last people on the planet I'm sure!
So checking all our fav sites to see how much faster they are plus all the others we never bothered with.
Callum's team won 8-0
Scully had great day at museum with Ross today.

Jed the big puppy

Since Jed goes next monday have been taking some photos of him.

Here he is now the big dog.

Also trying to check if there is a prob with other photo etc and that's why having a problem loading.

First photos

Here are the first photos of the house demo/reno. As you can see most of the back room is still there but the backyard is verymuch a building site. The bottom photo was so you could see the shed, again!
The concrete foundations were poured yesterday so hopefully will have some more impressive demo photos soon.

After going on to post photo having trouble getting it there - will fix later.

It's started!

Yes the extension has officially started. We arrived home on Sat to white markings all over the lawn and the bricks started being removed - not very spectacular but it's a start! Of course as I write it's raining! But just an afternoon storm so not to bad for us. We had a good week at my Dad's and a great day/night away for our anniversary 15yrs. Hope you had a good anniversary K and G and let me know if you got my message to your email I send from my phone. We had an apartment in Huskison for a night which was great and nice to just park the car and walk to shops/beach/thai rest. etc and no kids was a real treat - thanks to my sister looking after then at Dad's for me.
Kids still enjoying hols and Finn off to preschool as usual tomorrow so off to movie prob!
Thanks for the tip about Robin Hood Kate was planning on watching but nice to know it will be worth it.
Only 1week left of the dog - great timing with extension etc boys will be sad but was timely today in sunherald kids section there was a thing about guide dog puppys etc so that was nice to be able to show them. Apparently it's guide dog day on wed.

Council Approved!

Council has finally approved the extension so now we can start - well the builder can! Hopefully the week after Easter (we are away that week) or the following. The dog goes in less than 3wks time so all good! Remind me I said that when we are living in one room and have no laundry will you!
Callum's second game last weekend was good (apparently as I was with Finn at a party instead!) He scored 2 goals in the 8-3 win. One sailed through air and into top right hand corner of goal - very impressive apparantly!
We are off to Dad's after Easter. Will hopefully update you on extensions on our return.
And for those of you in Footy comp - see told you I had to gloat early as last week only got 1 right and that was Panthers golden point win so almost got 0. My gut feeling definetly out!!
